Some of my earliest experience with art came in the form of commissioned pet portraits. At age 14, I began creating colored pencil portraits for friends, family, and the public around the Treasure Valley in Idaho. While I am not currently accepting pet portrait commissions, I am grateful for the very formative practice it gave me with social interaction and technical drawing.
